Although the brick buildings at the port of Hamburg are no longer used to store valuable ship cargo, the interior of the now converted warehouses is still valuable.
The Hamburg Elbe warehouse houses the 4-star Hotel GINN with 130 rooms and junior suites on its nine floors. In the immediate vicinity of the St. Pauli fish market and with a view of the famous Dock 11 of Blohm and Voss, there is no mistaking the maritime flair. Thanks to the generous window fronts, this unique charm extends into the interior of the former industrial building.

Our member Stader Glas supplied the SANCO Plus EN2 insulating glass for the entrance pavilion, the stairwell and the elevator tower for the renovation by Heider Zeichardt Architekten. This ensures a comfortable indoor climate in all weathers.
